Skye's puppies now!

Ever tried to photograph a tornado from within the funnel itself? Ha ha - that's what it was like photographing these happy-go-lucky puppies! So full of life and friendly! If you remember, I called them all 'Lucky' back in their beginnings! Scroll back through the posts to see them in their baby puppy stage!

The lucky puppies...

These are our puppies who were born on Christmas eve... I have since given them all the prelim name of "Lucky" as just a few days into their lives we had a huge storm and they would've drowned if it wasn't for their quick thinking mama-dog. She pulled them all out to higher ground... meanwhile we were racing for home, followed by running around madly in bare feet and mud rescuing and drying three day old babies. Needless to say they are just finding their feet now and jump and growl at each other...

Rufus is an eager young fella. Six months old and can't wait to get to work!

These gorgeous Kelpie puppies were born on Christmas Eve. They're nine days old here and just starting to open their eyes. How adorable!

Such a sweet natured pup...

Dasher...

One of the best natured kelpie pups you'll come across... once she worked out that it wasn't so scary to be in the studio (no, I don't normally shoot this way!), and that those fluffy toys were there to be played with, she had a ball! Dasher played so hard, she literally just konked out in the end!
